Log | Day 2 Bandai Namco Asia Fair 2024 at St. Giles Hotel and Tea Time at TWG Tea, The Gardens Mall

For the second day of my KL trip, I attended the new product presentation by Bandai Namco Asia Fair 2024 as my business partner is fully committed to his 9-5 office work so this is where I come in. Of course, we couldn't take any photos during the presentation but all I can say I'm very much excited to see lots of my favourite characters being brought into their figurine lineups for the rest of this year. I've been occupied with work so much I haven't been able to share about my figurines lately so hopefully I can carve out some free time when I get back.

Outfit for today's event after quite a mishaps during last year's event as I didn't wear formal attire. No mistake this time!

I didn't take my morning coffee during breakfast this morning so I've gotten my fill at the St. Giles hotel while waiting at their lobby.

I didn't expect these loafers can be so hurtful but this might be the first and last time I'm wearing them. So pretty but I really couldn't take the pain from those blisters anymore! Definitely my fault as I didn't break these shoes before actually wearing them to event like this where I've done lots of walking around the event area.

The view from 29th floor.

The toilets are so nice indeed hence this bathroom selfie! Not going to lie, cried a little bit here. lol

After the event, I dropped by my favourite place to have teas in the world : TWG Tea located right here in the Gardens Mall, just outside the hotel's lobby to pick up my mum's favourite red tea which is Eternal Summer tea.

I also took this chance to wind down with my favourite green tea blend and some macaroons.

Then I ran to Skechers in Mid Valley Megamall; literally barefooted as I tried some of their sandals and finally settled on those black pair. After I've liberated myself from those hellish loafers, I went to pick up some clothes for a friend in ZARA where I got some side-eyes from local Malays outside the store. I guess the boycott is still going strong here.

Arrived at the hotel around 8 at night only to be surprised by this dessert in my shopping bag! This tasted so good especially after I've been painfully running around today.

Stay tuned for the next update!
